How do your T-shirts fit? Our tees are a standard South African fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Check out our [Size Guide] for exact measurements in centimeters.

How should I wash my tee & tote? To keep the designs vibrant and the cotton soft, wash your tees and totes in cold water, inside out. Avoid the tumble dryer—the South African sun is the best dryer there is, just hang them in the shade to prevent fading!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We ship nationwide across South Africa.

How much does shipping cost? Delivery is R109 (incl VAT) nationwide.

Free Shipping: Spend over R1500 and the shipping is on us!

How long will it take to get my order? 4-6 business days.

Why is the shipping time long? Each order is printed on demand. This approach means zero wasted inventory, a smaller carbon footprint and an item that is specifically printed for you.

Note: We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays—we’re likely in the water!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit? Absolutely. As long as the item is unwashed and unworn, you can exchange it within 30 days. You’ll just need to cover the courier cost to get it back to us and the new one back to you.

What happens if my order is damaged? email us within 48 hours of delivery on our email info@creatingjem.net We will arrange a courier collection and a replacement at no cost to you.

💳 Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We use [PayFast / Peach Payments / Yoco], which allows you to pay via Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT, or M-Pesa. Your banking details are never stored on our site.
Do you have a physical shop? Currently, we are online-only! This allows us to keep our prices fair and focus on creating the best designs. Keep an eye on our Instagram for any pop-up shops at local markets.
